DoseDEFENSE Legal Fees
Donation protected
Thanks for visiting our fundraising page! We founded DoseDEFENSE in 2018 with the vision of getting our product to pharmacists across the U.S and we are very close to achieving that reality. As we plan for our first pilot and get DoseDEFENSE on pharmacy shelves we are faced with the task of solidifying the protection of our design and filing for our long term patent.
Right now we are protected by our provisional patent but that is soon due to expire in May. With the COVID-19 pandemic the pitch competitions we had planned on attending to raise funds for legal fees have been cancelled. In order to get our product on the shelves we are in need of $2,500 to pay for our non-provisional patent which will protect our design for years to come.
We are forever grateful for everyone who has supported us in the past and believed in our vision thus far. Having your financial support, no matter how small or large the donation would put us one step closer to continuing the launch of our product despite these trying circumstances.
If you would like to know more about us and our story, check out our interview with ABC:

We hope that you will consider making a donation to help us reach our goal! Thanks so much!
