Double lung transplant and Melanom survivor

I have missed almost 2 months of work in 2019, I have  skin cancer starting to rear it's ugly head again, and infection in my lungs behind on all my bills, at this point not sure when I will return to work, have my yearly check up for lung transplant coming up in July which means loss of more work and four -5 days of living out and travel expenses.  Cost of medication not covered by insurance.  I have exhausted all avenues possible and ruined my credit without help it wont be long before I either loose my car or end up with no place to live. After all I have been through would hate to loose my apt. or car. I will be 67 years old in August and would like to have some dignity in my final years . everything and anything I am very grateful. I have sold everything I can also have 2 teenage boys I like to help out with a few bucks whenever possible.
