Double Your Donations for Downtown Eastside Women

At Unison Architecture, we are a Vancouver firm that is made up of a variety of people from various countries and different walks of life.

We feel that it is important to help those in our community that do not have the tools or support that some of us are so fortunate to have received during this pandemic.  Because of this, we are hoping that many will help us in supporting this vital organization -- the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre. 


The Downtown Eastside Women's Centre (DEWC) operates a low-barrier drop-in centre and emergency shelter in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside, providing safe space, hot meals, essential needs, and a spectrum of support to vulnerable women affected by pervasive violence, poverty and trauma. By connecting women to a continuum of care, DEWC builds capacity for empowerment and long-term positive change.


Because of Covid-19, this organization has run into difficulties. They are unable to accept donations for supplies that many of us take for granted and their usual method of fundraising has been deeply impacted by the requirement of social distancing.

We would like to match all donations received up to $12,500 to ensure that this organization and the women and children that benefit from it receive the shelter, meals, and supplies that they need in order to get through such a difficult time.
