Doug Colwell

Doug was in South Carolina with his best friend for a weekend of golfing and friendship with a childhood friend.  He spoke with his wife at 11:30pm and was happy and excited about the days ahead.  The last thing he and his wife said to each other was I LOVE YOU!  Apparently he had a major event (heart attack/stroke/aneurysm) and died instantly some time after 2:00am on Saturday.  Funeral arrangements are forthcoming and any help that can be offered is certainly appreciated.  Doug was a fantastic Dad, loving husband and great friend to so many people and his presence will certainly be missed by all who knew him.  The family is trying to offset the costs of moving Doug back to Florida and the cost of getting Maggie over any financial humps while the process of taking care of clearing his estate is in progress.  Doug was the primary breadwinner and his passing leaves Maggie with some significant financial hurdles to overcome.  

All proceeds from this go-fund me will go to Maggie to assist with the financial burden of Doug's passing.
