In Loving Memory of Doug E. Lorenz

When Doug passed, my twin sister lost her husband of eight years, and two wonderful boys lost their dad. A loving mother and father lost their son, gone far too soon at just 39 years old. Doug was a brother to his multiple siblings, as well as a brother in the way his motorcycle club in CA takes care of one another, and within the extended family of firefighters (mostly in the U.S. Forest Service, but also recently in the local volunteer fire department). Doug had countless friends and loved ones who will all miss him.

Tara is now a widow who will have the burden of learning how to raise Everett “Skippy” (almost 16) and Ezekiel “Zeke” (9) without her co-parent and friend. If you are able to contribute financially, funds will go to savings accounts for Skippy and Zeke.
