Doughboy’s Surgery Fund

Doughboy was a stray we took in during the nor'easter storm of 2021. We didn’t initially plan on keeping him, but he cozied up to everybody and has been a part of the family ever since. Yesterday we found out he has bladder stones that are completely blocking his urethra and preventing him from peeing altogether. He was in a lot

of pain and would hide in the basement when he wasn’t straining in the litter box. We were told that if left untreated, he would die and that the only way to save his life and prevent recurrence in the future is PU surgery and prescription wet food for the long-term (he likes the food btw!). I’m currently in PA school and working is strongly discouraged so finances have been difficult, especially in an unpredictable event like this, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Doughboy is only 2 years old and we are not quite ready to part with him yet. Thank you!
