Hi my name is Amy Hannon. Today - Monday February 21st - my brother Noah & I lost our Dad. The absolute worst day of our lives. Unfortunately Dad didn’t have any insurance and we want to be able to mourn the loss of our Dad and not worry about funeral expenses. We are 21 & 18 years old and in all honesty are not in any position to afford a big expense like a funeral. Our Dad was a wonderful human being. He was the World”s Greatest Dad to us. He had our backs from day 1 and took great pride in raising us as good and kind people. It would mean the world to us to give our Dad a decent funeral with any donations from his friends near and wide, family members, acquaintances and strangers. Anything will help.

A little back story to our Dad’s journey and battle with cancer. In November 2019 he was diagnosed with Kidney Failure and then found the cancer - Multiple Myeloma in December 2019. Our Dad endured chemotherapy & radiation from January 2020 until June 2020 followed by a Stem Cell Transplant which put him into partial remission. He was back at work in Spring 2021 but the cancer returned in late fall. He was hospitalized I at the beginning of December where he started dialysis in addition to his regular chemo which he continued until the very end.

Life for us without our Dad is going to be hard for all of us. In addition to my brother and I, our Dad leaves behind his mother Betty, his sister Jolene, brothers Troy & Terry, Niece Gabrielle, Nephew Tyler, Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins & Friends. Please know that our Dad was a warrior and fought to the bitter end. He was tired and was called home. Rest in sweet paradise Dad. You were loved beyond measure and we will cry a thousand tears but you are no longer suffering. Miss you already xxoo. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity in our time of need.
