Hi, my name is Sarah and I am the daughter of Douglas Pelton. My dad passed away on February 11, 2024. His wishes were to be cremated and we would like to honor those wishes. Unfortunately me and my sister do not have the funds to cremate him. We did have life insurance on him but because he didn’t survive more than two years from when we signed up, we only qualify for the premium paid of $150. We have 7 days to come up with the money needed for cremation in the amount of $1095. After that we will be charged $50 a day in addition to the cost of cremation. My dad’s biggest fear of dying was that he was going to be left sitting on a shelf somewhere forgotten about because of financial reasons. I’m asking for everybody’s help so my dad can get the cremation he wanted and me and family can get his ashes and he’s not forgotten about. . Any little bit helps and is greatly appreciated.
