Douglas Tate

With great sadness, Douglas Tate passed away on February 15th, 2023, leaving behind his daughter Chelsea (16).

Douglas was a super dad, his daughter was the most important part of his life. He loved spending every minute he possibly could with his daughter. He worked as a Security Officer at Ventura County Medical Center and enjoyed helping people around the hospital, as well as joking around with staff/co-workers.

He will truly be missed but never forgotten.

As a great friend of Douglas, we would love to help out the family in this difficult time. The raised money will go to his daughter and all funeral expenses. Anything you would like to donate, including good thoughts and prayers, would be very appreciated. Thank you!
