Down but not out, please need some help

Recently at a competitive sporting event I got injured and was told that I tore the ACL and meniscus in my knee. My wife got a second job to help cover bills while I am off my feet but I also need to have surgery. This surgery is expensive (out of pocket up front) and we are asking for a little help if possible. Anything is helpful and if you can't then we would appreciate if you could share.
