Down Syndrome Baby Milia

Hi my name is Melissa and I am having a beautiful baby girl named Milia in just a few more weeks. Due September 7. I am reaching out to everyone because even though I work very hard every week I only get two weeks maternity pay and I am extremely grateful to my bosses but i will be out of work a little longer than two weeks. I would love to stay home with her for the first 6 months of her life but without money I will not be able to do that. Unfornately my husband isn't able to help. I have applied for assistance but they say I make to much for any state funding, but I live week to week, which I am ok but without that week to week me and my children won't have a roof or food. I have never asked for anything myself I am usually the one giving whenever I have it but I am truly scared of leaving her at 4 weeks and returning to work.  I am very grateful for all help. I have a one year old son who is hearing impaired and a absolute blessing. It would be wonderful to be at home with them both for a few months before returning to work. I was not able to stay home with him either I went back to work right away and I remember how hard that was. I just can not say it enough I will be forever grateful and so will my children to spend time with mommy and get to know our new princess Milia and let her know just how much she is loved and wanted regardless of what condition she has. She is a blessing. Thank you so much for any help
