Downey Family - Murrayville House Fire

My name is Michelle. Yesterday afternoon (June 25, 2021) my friends, Rob and Stacey Downey and their two daughters lost their home to a fire in Langley (Murrayville), B.C. They escaped with only the clothes on their back, their dog, Eddie and one cat, Jackson. Sadly, one of their cats, Luna is in serious condition and in the hospital with burns and smoke inhalation and the other cat, Bella, may have perished in the fire.

Victims of fires face tremendous emotional stress and financial hardship. We are hoping we can help alleviate some of the stress they will face as they begin to rebuild their lives and their home.
