Funeral expenses help needed

Joanne Menchaca was our beloved family member who tragically left this world too soon. She was a mother to four handsome sons and grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren. She was killed when a driver slammed into the car she was traveling in on SH-71 in Del Valle Sunday. The driver told police he was running late for a flight. Police estimate he was driving up to 120 mph. Investigators stated there were no brake marks on the road, which just shows how careless that driver was that morning. He had no intentions of stopping or slowing down due to his selfish intentions of trying to make it to the airport for his flight. Our family is suffering a great because of this man.

I’m making this go fund me page to help Joanne’s Mother, Yolanda Hernandez, lay her only daughter to rest. Joanne didn’t have life insurance and was not anticipating leaving us so soon. Her Mother is already suffering so much laying her only daughter to rest, that we want to try to raise as much money as we can to ease this burden. This is such a hard time for our family. Joanne’s life was cut short. She had so much more life to live. Joanne touched so many hearts. She was the person everyone wanted to know and be friends with. She brought so much joy and laughter to so many people. She was a wonderful mother, daughter, grandmother, cousin, and great friend. Joanne will forever be in our hearts and memories.
