Dr. Thomas Azzolini Memorial Hospital Wing Fund

Hello fellow colleagues, friends, and family members of Dr. Thomas Azzolini. We are raising funds to name a hospital wing after Dr. Thomas Azzolini, a revered and an institutional legend at CarePoint Health. Dr. Azzolini served as the department chief and residency director of the foot and ankle podiatry residency program for the past 30 years. He was an influential and trusted leader within our beloved hospital. The podiatry department wishes to memorialize his dedication and contributions to Hoboken University Medical Center by raising money in his honor to donate to the Just Health Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to improving access to uninsured and underinsured patients in Hudson County, NJ. We would appreciate any amount of dollars to honor an incredible doctor who dedicated his career to serving all patients regardless of their ability to pay for health services.
