My name is AcQ Bryant and I am a solo practicing Ob/Gyn. 8 years ago, I full filled  my passion to return home to start an Ob/Gyn practice to help improve the outcome of women and the health of their babies.  Over the past 8 years JWC has accomplished success in helping many women improve and achieve great maternal and fetal outcome.

I began 2021 hopeful this would be my best year ever in medical practice. My practice had  narrowly survived the initial brunt of the pandemic and I was looking forward to rebuilding. However, in January I became more intimately acquainted  with the Pandemic. I too became  severely ill and began a six month journey fighting for my life; and subsequently my career.

During the course of my illness I developed respiratory failure, acute renal failure, cardiomyopathy, bilateral pulmonary embolism and neurological deficits in which I had to learn to walk again. By the Grace of God , I have made tremendous strides and was eager to return to work. The cost of my care is greater than $650,000 dollars.

Despite my enthusiasm to return to practice; at my current stage in recovery, I’m not able to work full time.  The office and personal/medical expenses are mounting.

I am reaching out to raise money to help with medical/personal bills, insurance and the fees associated with helping maintain the practice (including recruiting, relocating, and payment of past due bills).
