Dr. Dennis Persaud Memorial Fund

Hi, my name is Alexa I am Clinical Lead at Doctors Plus Urgent Care. On 03/22/2023 our mentor, friend, and healer suddenly passed away. Dr. persaud AKA Doc was an extraordinary man who cared so much about everyone. His kindness and positivity spread through the office and overflowed to his patients. He truly cared about each and every patient that came through our doors. Doctor Persaud will be greatly missed. We will carry his legacy patient by patient here at Doctors Plus Urgent Care for many years to come and as a DPUC family we are creating this Go Fund me to raise funds for a plaque and memorial garden in his name and honor. If you feel in your heart to donate it is greatly appreciated. We will be holding a vigil in mid June celebrating Dr. Persauds life and all of his accomplishments.
