Dr. Jason Seltzer young father diagnosed with ALS

We are the office of Maloney Chiropractic raising money for our Dr. Jason who works in our office with his wife Dr. Amanda. Dr. Jason was just diagnosed at the age of 43 with ALS. He and his wife have 3 children ages 12, 10, and 9 years old. We are trying to help them enjoy life and support them when they need to stop working due to Jason's diagnosis.

Jason and Amanda have been practicing chiropractors for over 16 years and have helped thousands of people feel better. They are beloved in the Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania community for their devotion to their patients spending time listening to them and doing whatever is needed to help them.

Now as a community, we need to help them. We all feel like we need to support them it has come down to financially abling them to enjoy their time as a family and allow Jason the time off work when necessary. They would like to take the family to Canada for a trip to Jason's favorite place off the grid. We would like to send Jason and Amanda away as a couple for a trip that they can remember so they can enjoy a tropical getaway.

Dr. Jason is the guy that would do anything for anyone and we want this to be a gift from caring people who can help as he would for them. Anything is appreciated and would help them feel supported. Thank you.
