Dr. Steven Charles Ibbotson Memorial Fund

On Saturday, January 29th, 2022 we said our earthly goodbyes to Steven Ibbotson, a truly remarkable son, brother, husband, father, teacher & friend to many. He leaves behind his beautiful wife Sarah & children,

Caleb (13), Rachel (12) & Anna (10). I know that so many of you carry memories of Steve in your own hearts. He left a deep, and lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Over these last days there has been a beautiful outpouring of love & support for his family. Many of you have asked if there is some way you can help going forward. We have set up this page to allow you that

opportunity.

Steve was ineligible for life insurance and it is our wish to use these funds to alleviate added stress on Sarah, and their 3 children in the coming years. These funds will be used towards helping with immediate

needs like their mortgage, vehicle maintenance, and other daily expenses along with funeral costs, as well as towards future expenses such as education funds for the children etc.

Should we exceed this monetary goal, we dream of setting up a foundation in Steve's name that would cover Caleb, Rachel & Anna's university expenses if they so choose, facilitate the completion &

publishing of Steve's autobiography and to give back to some of the causes that Steve was so passionate about.
