Drake Gardens Fundraiser!

Tax deductible
Drake Gardens is for Everyone!

Welcome to the Drake Gardens Fundraising Campaign! This is an open fundraiser (with no monetary limit!) that will extend through spring and summer to help fund our garden updates and various projects. We're very excited for our new look, and we're very glad you're here!

Neighbors and volunteers have been enjoying and caring for Drake Gardens since the early 1990's.

In the words of one of the main founders of Drake Gardens, "This green space has become a catalyst for change in our community." As it was in the 1990s, so let it be in the 2020s. Together as neighbors & friends and with the support of our 33rd ward alderman Rossana Rodriguez, we are thrilled to begin the revitalization of our Drake Gardens. Among the exciting new additions will be an open central space for gatherings and performances, brand new benches and plantings, new plots for community-usage, a Monarch butterfly garden, and the addition of new cedar fencing, signage and garden artwork created by local artists.

Plot Donations:

We have 13 individual raised beds, measuring 4ft x 8ft, available for community members to grow in. A portion of these beds will be used to grow food for donation to the Albany Park community. Your yearly plot donation and all other monetary donations will be used to support and maintain the various projects in the garden.

1/2 (4x4) Plot Donation: $25
Full (8x4) Plot Donation: $50
