Drew, Josh, and Amanda Greenberg's Dad Needs Your Help

If you know us Greenberg siblings -- Drew, Josh and Amanda -- you probably know that we all ended up working in TV: dramas, comedies, and news. What you may not know is that we all gravitated toward those fields due to the influence of one great man: our amazing dad Charles Greenberg, who loves a good story, a funny joke, and standing up for the underdog. Because he taught us how important those things are, they’re the qualities we try to inject into our work.

Our dad has always been in fantastic health, but on April 2nd he suffered a massive heart attack while overseas with our mom. He was taken to the closest Cardiac Intensive Care Unit which is in Panama City, Panama. It's a state-of-the-art facility and they've done an incredible job of stabilizing him.

But the ongoing procedures that are saving his life have already run up a six-figure bill, and we're expecting them to reach seven figures soon. Because of the unexpected location, Dad's medical insurance and his travel insurance are only covering a small fraction of that cost, while the facility is demanding payments every day.

Our amazing dad spent his whole life creating a safety net for himself and our mom. And he's just had that nest egg wiped out by one catastrophic medical event. Even with his insurance, his life savings, and each of our savings, the cost of his recovery is still going to be astronomical.

Throughout our lives, Dad has been there for us, and now we want to be there for him.
