On April 6, 2018, Dale and Jodi faced every parent's nightmare. Dale's 16 year old Drew was seriously injured in an automobile accident near his home in Middleton, ID. Drew was cared for in the ICU for 2 weeks with a severe traumatic brain injury and continues to require acute care.
Although Drew is a little more stable and a little stronger each day, as with any serious brain injury, his recovery will be long and challenging.
Dale and Jodi have been at the hospital with Drew tirelessly since the accident. In order to ease the financial strain on their household and enable Dale to remain at his son's side, this GoFundMe has been started to help cover their lost wages and on going expenses .
