I have lived in Drumree (Co. Meath) since April 2014, having since adopted two cats. In addition, I have been regularly feeding the feral cats in the area, and with the help of the funds collected here, I have managed to have one of them spayed, another one neutered (some of the cost was covered with direct donations to the clinic), and provided some winter shelter to them. (NOTE: additional shelter is needed as there is only one hut, and they won't share..)

In the spring 2017, I was looking for homes for these cats as I was going to move back to Bray, but I am staying in Drumree for now, so the remaining outdoor cats are fine as they are.

However, my financial situation is not the best, at the moment, so I would much appreciate any help towards feeding them, and most of the males still need to be neutered. (Hansom may also need some additional veterinary care.)

Little Mami's younger kittens, RuaRua and Scáth, were rehomed together in May 2017, to a safe country location in Co. Kildare, where they continue to live as outdoor cats with regular feeding. (They'd be welcome indoors as well, but so far have chosen not to take that option..)

♥ Little Mami has been spayed and microchipped.

♥ Hansom is the daddy to all Little Mami's kittens, and will need neutering. He is an older cat, and may have some hip issues, although he is able to run and climb without much trouble.

♥ GinGin is Little Mami and Hansom's first baby - all grown up now! He needs neutering as well.

♥ Fiarshúileach appeared around summer/autumn of 2017.. He is a young male, and has not been neutered.. He gets along with Little Mami - only if she is on her own - and shares a plate of food with her, but does not get along with the other males..

♥ TabTab appeared, out of the blue, in January 2018, just after NDCR had collected Beannaithe/Pitchy for fostering.. (Sadly, Beannaithe/Pitchy had a bad tumour in his nose, and had to be pts.. RIP)
TabTab had bad battle wounds, in April 2018, and I managed to get him into a carrier, and take him to the vets. While there, he was also neutered and microchipped.
He has taken over the cat hut.. He gets along with Little Mami, but doesn't get along with any of the other outdoor cats (who are all male).. He is extremely friendly with me, and would like a forever home.. If anyone wants to adopt him, please contact me - home check will apply.
