Duane Meeks

We are looking for a way to help support his family, and remember and honor our beloved friend, Duane Meeks, who passed away on January 22nd, 2024, after his fight with cancer. It is important for us to celebrate the beautiful life he lived and the incredible impact he had on all those fortunate enough to know him.

Duane was an extraordinary individual who always wore a smile that could brighten even the darkest of days. His infectious laughter and warm, caring nature touched the lives of countless people in our workplace as well as our community. Whether it was a helping hand, a great attitude, or a smile to brighten your day, Duane was always there, selflessly giving his all without ever asking for anything in return. His greatest pride was his family, and he dedicated his life to taking care of his mother before her passing, and for his brother, Shawn.

The "Duane Meeks Go Fund Memorial" has been set up to honor his memory and to help his friends and family cover memorial expenses. This fund will pay for his services and go to his family to cover any other costs they may have.

To those who knew Duane personally, we understand the depth of sorrow we feel at this moment. Let us find solace in coming together, sharing our memories, and cherishing the invaluable lessons he taught us about love, kindness, and compassion.

A memorial will be held in his honor on February, 24th, 2024 at 3:30pm at Brush Creek Community Center.
