Due to Surgery and Illness

My last 5 years have been trying on a medical, physical and financial basis.  I had just begun to turn the corner and see improvement in all these areas when an accident happened due to a storm.

As many of you know I am Diabetic and due to this injury it has caused me to loose another portion of my right foot.  This is causing me to be out of work for 6-8 weeks with no insurance or foreseeable help available.  With 8 weeks out of work I didn't know where else to turn for help with travel to therapy and the hospital for treatments, rent, utilities and food while off of work.
