Our father Dugarnyam Tserendorj woke up on Monday, August 21st to take his son to school. While he was in the bathroom, he screamed in pain and told us to call 911. He was slowly losing consciousness and developed slurred speech.
He was admitted to Sutter Medical Center where the doctors told us he had suffered a stroke and required immediate surgery.
The risk of the surgery was very high, however it was the only option for him. We were very scared but we knew our father was a strong man and we had faith. Our dad made it through the surgery and we held on to the hope of a full recovery, even after the doctor told us the survival rate was only 5 percent. We waited by his side for him to wake up, however, his condition worsened and on Wednesday the 23rd, our loving father, husband, and friend passed away.
Our father was a family man, very generous, so kind, loving, big hearted and such a beautiful soul. He was a father of four and a loving husband to our dear Mother. We all love him and we miss him so much already.
