Duke Garrett Memorial

This is a fund raising event to help the family of Duke Garrett to pay for his burial expenses and transportation costs involved in his unexpected passing. At 32 years old, Duke was not ready to pass to his eternal rest. He was taken by the angels too soon, and all who loved him are wondering how someone as vibrant and "alive" as this young man could be gone from us.

We plan to have 2 services for Duke, one in Ketchikan and one in Castle Rock.

During the Covid 19 pandemic and the subsequent isolation this caused, many would not know he was so ill. Shocked is a good way to express the feelings we are sharing, disbelief and other stages of grief will follow... what is needed is help to pay for the last expenses incurred during his final days, and a way to afford the family peace of mind. Nothing can take the place of his voice or presence. He leaves behind two little girls, as well, who will grow up without him. Please help the family raise funds to pay for cremation and transport for the family to Washington to pay their last respects.
