Help Duke get a lifesaving surgery

Hi, my name is Christopher and I am raising funds to help get a lifesaving surgery for my dog Duke. He is a 1 year old Great Dane who needs to have emergency surgery to amputate the majority of his tail. After an injury and treatments from the vet this survey is unavoidable in order to save his life. His tail has become infected and to prevent infection from spreading into his blood he must have this surgery. Please help a devastated family save their pet. Any help will go a long way!
