Dundee Dynos Netball and Diabetes UK

We are a local netball club in Dundee currently raising funds for both the club and Diabetes UK. Diabetes UK holds a special place in the heart of our club and is something we aim to continually support. We are a small and still fairly new club however love to see our ever growing numbers. We support young people who want to play netball both competitive and socially. The cost of being active during the cost of living crisis can make it really difficult for people to engage. It is well known that physical activity improves not only physical health but mental health as well - something that we see often across the club. Due to this we always aim to make our club as accessible to all as possible. In effort to continue making this an accessible club we are holding a fundraising event on Monday the 29th of April to raise funds for our club and diabetes UK. We appreciate that not everyone will be able to make this, but are thankful for anyone who is able to donate!

Diabetes UK have a vision of a world where diabetes can do no harm. Every day they strive to provide care and support to those in need, as well as funding ground breaking research into new treatments and a cure. Diabetes UK aims to prevent diabetes where ever they can, and support those who do have it to live the most fulfilling life. Diabetes has affects the lives and families of the co-owners of the club - Elyese and Samantha - making this such an important charity to the club.
