The Jacqi Bowe Show Must Go On For Her Seniors

Hello! I am Jacqi Bowe, singer/dancer/comedian and since 2001, for the last eighteen years, I have dedicated my life to senior citizens by bringing the The Jacqi Bowe VaRieTy Show! to retirement resident homes in California and Nevada. Since the catastrophic outbreak of COVID-19 retirement  homes are in lock down and the residents are completely isolated. They have been looking forward to my entertainment as a constant in their lives for many years. I know it brightens their day, smile and even laugh uproariously! :)  Many come up to me after a show and say things like, "I had to tell you, I was in such a funk and you lifted my spirits." "My wife passed away three months ago and this is the first time I have enjoyed myself."

I want to bring them joy and some respite in this scary time for them by live streaming my show for the communities in which they have become accustomed to me bringing them laughter and the music that takes them to a happier time.

They are the most vulnerable right now and I want to nurture them as best I can. I will use the funds for studio time, technical equipment and to get the communities set up for the live streams.   The activity directors are doing their best to keep people happy but they are over burdened as it is.  

Many residents have said my show is better than Bingo. And we know how seriously they take that Bingo!
