Dunoon Co-op - Cold Water Dip Challenge

During Mental Health Awareness week (15th to 21st May) Kitty, Victoria, Jamie, Jane, Sarah, Ali, Val, Jacob, Colin and Keir from the Dunoon Co-op Store will be doing a Cold Water Dip Challenge to raise funds for Co-op's new National Charity, Barnardo's. The challenge will be to enter the water (currently around 10 degrees) and submerge shoulders for at least one minute. Those of us brave enough may even submerge our heads (very quickly!)
