Dunoon grammar school pipe band and local dancers NYC 2026

We are Dunoon Grammar School Pipe Band. We are an inclusive band of young people who love to play and represent our school and the wider community of Dunoon.

We are fundraising alongside Katrina Martin School of Highland Dance and Christina Cairns School of Highland Dance

to embark in a once in a lifetime opportunity to pipe at the New York tartan day parade in the Big Apple in 2026.

We are kindly asking for assistance in the way of donations to help with the travelling costs. To help with raising funds, we will be actively holding various events in the town including displays by the band and the dancers performing a a jig or two!

We are hoping, with the kind help of the wider community, we will achieve this amazing opportunity.
