Durban Ironman 70.3 - Alzheimer research
Hey everyone Oscar and I are both going to be taking on our first 70.3 ironman in June to help raise money for Alzheimer research, this will include a 1.2mile swim, 56mile bike and a 13.1mile run in the Durban heat. It is a charity very close to both of our hearts due to both of our grandparents suffering from the disease and want to help make a change.
Alzheimer and all types of dementia are cruel and devastating illnesses for both patient and carers which painfully hit close to home for a lot of us. Investment in research is always needed and undoubtedly is the way forward to find a cure for this absolute monster. Our target this year is to raise £2000, with every single penny of your donations making an impact to a great cause. Every little helps.
