Duvander "lil Chevy" Haley was murded early Friday morning, by another seneless act of violence in New Orleans, La. At only 19 years old, Duvander left behind loving family and friends to mourn. In order for Duvander to have a proper homegoing his family and friends asks the community to help reach the goal for funeral costs.
