Gomez Family

I'd like to introduce you to the Gomez Family. They are a family of 6. Dad and Mom lost their jobs due to COVID-19. They were in the process of moving to a more affordable city but their car decided otherwise. They ended up in a parking lot in Concord and that is where they lived for quite sometime. This is how they met 2 compassionate women, on separate occasions. These woman individually turned to our local Nextdoor page to see if they could rally support. The outpouring of help has been incredible. The family has been put up in a motel for several days and their vehicle is in the shop getting fixed. The cost of having a roof over their heads and the car repairs are adding up quickly. This family has been overwhelmed and grateful for all the support they have received so far. If you'd like to help offset some of these costs until they can get proper assistance and find employment, it would mean the world to this wonderful family.
