Skyler's Life Enhancement

I work at a 24-hour care facility and we have a resident who would greatly benefit from being able to join the social media world and to entertain himself by surfing the internet, watching YouTube videos, and Skyping with his friends and family.
Skyler is 23-years old. He suffered a stroke about 3 years ago that left him bound to his wheelchair and bed, with difficulty communicating verbally. He has limited use of his right hand so he needs the largest touchscreen available (which according to our research is the 12.9" iPad Pro), a sturdy goose-neck type floor stand so he can use the iPad while he's in bed or in his wheelchair, and a few accessories.
Skyler needs to have more in his life than just going to Doctor's appointments and therapy sessions. His family spent most of their resources on his care over the last 3 years, and they are unable to purchase the appropriate hardware for him to use.
Being able to provide this outlet for Skyler would bring him, his family, and our entire staff immense joy and satisfaction.
