In 2017 I was severely septic, nearing renal failure, all because of a tooth. After 4 trips to the ER they realized I was dying and transferred me to Las Vegas. During my first surgery when they were tubing me with a breathing tube they broke off the fake part of my front teeth with a larygoscope, leaving me with my badly broken front teeth. I woke up to find my teeth parts in a urine sample cup.
I was hospitalized for 15 days, in a different city, different state away from our super awesome daughters. It was those 2 that helped me to be strong and go to the dentist appointment.

I finally got the courage to see a dentist after all this time. I do have dental insurance it's just not enough. The dentist has worked up a treatment plan, this amount will cover almost everything. Please contact me with any and all questions.
All of my teeth are fucked, that's why this is such a high amount so important to me.
