Good evening to our customers, work colleagues, friends; you are receiving this email with extreme heartbreak! Our colleague DWAYNE HALL (age 30), passed away suddenly this morning. He passed due to an undiagnosed medical condition.
Dwayne collapsed mid-morning on his way to a Mother’s Day lunch-celebration with his Mother and his children’s mother as well this morning! He was rushed to the emergency room and doctors were unable to revive Dwayne.
Dwayne was a dedicated father of his young children, and a loving son and brother. I would be remise if I didn’t remark how much I admired and appreciated his hard work ethic, his professionalism and his personality; I was proud to call him a colleague and a friend! He will be greatly missed by many!I notify you of this because you’ve either had work on your project completed by Dwayne, worked with Dwayne or are a friend of Dwayne’s.
I would like to alert you that Dwayne’s family needs financial help due to his sudden passing today (5-13-18). If you are able to assist PLEASE DO by logging into our GO FUND ME for Dwayne’s family, it will help do a few things.
Help with the immediacy of the financial strain his “sudden” passing will have on his fiancée and children.
Rent, daycare, food, utilities, vehicle cost etc., etc.
Help with the cost of the funeral arrangement costs, transport back to his native Georgia, burial costs.
Any remaining proceeds will be earmarked for longer term “children assistance fund”
