Dwayne Stewart

This fundraiser for Kim Stewart to ask for donations in honor of her late husband, Dwayne. Dwayne was a dialysis patient with Davita for a few years, a fact that led Kim to pursue a career in dialysis to care for others here at DaVita. Due to his condition, Kim was the primary breadwinner in their home. With this loss, Kim is not only left to support their children and pets on an already tight budget, but she has to cover funeral costs. Dwayne could not have life insurance, and their health insurance would not cover the cost of his funeral. This additional cost has left money even more strained.
