Help for Izzy

Mama Bear here reaching out because Izzy needs our help.

Izzy was on a solo trail ride and was bucked off of her horse. She now has a compression fracture around T12 in her spine. She's rugged though! Got right back on that horse and made sure he walked, trotted and cantered before going back to the barn to turn him out to pasture.

While her insurance will cover most of her medical bills, it doesn't account for lost wages or care and housing of her horse and 2 dogs.

She could really use our help getting herself through the recovery period. She cannot drive, lift, twist or reach. Her pain keeps her from doing much of anything. She will be out of work for over a month, depending on how her back heals.

I have to say, I'm incredibly proud of her. She graduated early through Quarantine, moved out at 18 and bought a foal, found her very own apartment last Fall and has been working her ASS off training her horse and new puppy AND is a server at a very busy restaurant.

Needless to say, being sedentary is very hard on her.

I'm doing what I can to help her financially. However, she could use more help.
