Help keep a family together after Severe Accident

On January 15, 2024, I was in a high-speed motor vehicle accident. My injuries were, 2 fractures on the tibia, I still have a broken Bone on my foot with lots of damage done inside my ankle, I had broken ribs, lower lobes of the lungs were collapsed. I also had a broken hand with rips , along with whiplash and a concussion, my neck was damaged, I had injections and burning the nerve in my neck , my front tooth was broke, my upper back has disk damage, my nose was broken with a small displacement, and my eye socket was broken. Today, I am starting to fall because I am so dizzy, I stumble over my own feet and my migraines make my face feel as if it was broken again. I’m still having lots of dr appointments. I am lucky to be alive for my 5 children. I needed help with them. We started FMLA and the dr and the staff didn’t work on it. My husband was let go a few days later. We have no income at this time. 5 young children are very expensive especially with school starting, we are having troubles with basic things, rent and bills. Right now we can use any type of help/shares of this post.
