Flood Disaster Relief Fund

Hi my name is Karla Leal. We are a family of 5 and our house completely flooded on yesterday 8/22 leaving us displaced. We are in desperate need of help with expenses. This area is not a flood zone and totally caught us off guard as home owners. We unfortunately did not have flood insurance. Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated.
