Dyi Fyre Funeral Fundraiser

UPDATE: Well nobody can say we don't know how to throw a party! We gave him a great send-off and still have about £3.8k left over to donate to Kidney Research UK. I'm closing this fundraiser now, there's a memorial page set up at https://dylandyifyrecoburn.muchloved.com/ which is where the money left from here will go and where you can continue to give money as and when you want.

We are all devastated by Dyi's sudden passing and want to give him the epic send-off that he deserves. None of us are flush with money but our little goblin touched the lives of so many people that I'm sure between us we can throw a suitably loud, colourful celebration of his life. If you can help with even a small contribution it would be very much appreciated. Any surplus once funeral costs are covered will be donated to Kidney Research UK to try and prevent more people suffering the way Dyi did.

His funeral will be held on Thursday 7 September at East London Crematorium, with a livestream for those who can't make it. There will be a group viewing of the livestream at Limehouse Town Hall, where the wake will also be held. We are tracking attendance numbers and disseminating information for everything via Facebook so if you would like to come to any part of it please drop a 'going' response on the relevant event listings:
