Amanda Dykeman's trips to CHOP

I'm looking for help for my sister Amanda and her little guy Noah, who hasn't even been born yet, with travel expenses to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, from their home north of Burlington, VT.
Noah has a condition called CPAM (Congenital Pulmonary Airways Malformation). Basically he has a mass in his chest that has many large cysts which could cause complications with his heart, among other things. While we were hoping the mass wouldn't grow during the pregnancy, it has, meaning Amanda has to make occasional trips to a hospital several states away.
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is one of the best in the country to handle this kind of case. Amanda is working with her doctors in Burlington so they can handle as much as possible, but the hospital there does not have all the equipment needed to monitor Noah closely.
My sister and her husband Daniel have made the initial 7.5 hour drive to Philadelphia for a full day of tests and scans, which meant they had to stay in a hotel for a couple of nights before making the 7.5 hour drive home. Amanda is due back in Philadelphia on February 20th, and since they have 3 other boys to care for, the fastest way to get there and back on her own is to fly.
The funds acquired would be used to offset travel costs, especially for the initial couple trips. Depending on what happens with Noah's condition, Amanda may need to make additional trips to CHOP. If extra funds come in, Amanda and Daniel would like to put it towards a college fund for Noah, or to help with research for CPAM.
