It is with the heaviest of hearts that I’m posting we have lost our friend, brother, and rock Dylan Hoffman. He crammed more life into his 33 years than most do in 80 and inspired all of us with his light. Dylan went on a motorcycle ride Sunday on the Los Angeles Crest highway and was in a fatal accident.
After graduating from Davis High School in Kaysville Utah, he served a mission in San Francisco California. He earned degrees from both Utah Valley University in Orem Utah and BYU in Provo Utah with certifications as a licensed EMT and firefighter, and a personal trainer. His lifelong gift and love for art helped him settle in on animation as his career. He worked in TV, film and gaming for Disney, Lucas Film, Blizzard and Nickelodeon as well as freelance animation work.
His family has been working on lining up a mortuary and cemetery. We are hoping to raise funds for these needs as they require the money up front to lay him to rest.
If you are in a place to help the Hoffman clan financially, it’d be greatly appreciated during this difficult time of need.
If you are unable to help financially then stories, photos and sharing this page will go a long way.
