Dylan Kunkel's Eagle Scout Project

My name is Dylan Kunkel and I am a Life Scout in Troop 225 based in Windermere, FL. I am raising money for my Eagle Scout project which will help build park swings for Attain Inc. adult homes.
Attain Inc. is a nonprofit organization which houses and provides care for developmentally disabled adults. They have been active in the central Florida community for over 20 years now and continue to do great things.
Bench swings in the backyards of the homes would enable residents to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while providing an alternative activity to just sitting inside at home. Swings also provide a therapeutic motion that help relax those with sensory processing disorders.
For my project, I will be ordering swing kits which cost roughly $1,000 each. They will need to be set in the ground with concrete and assembled on site. Mulch will also be placed underneath and around each swing set. My goal is to build at least 2 bench swings. Any excess funds will go towards ordering additional swings or be donated to Attain Inc.
