Dylan Moen: Eagle Scout Project

Hello my name is Dylan Moen and I am a life scout with Boy Scout troop 22 in Woodland Hills California. I’m 15 years old and I have been involved in the Boy Scouts for nine years. I am raising funds for my Eagle Scout project. My project will benefit Act4UA which is delivering medical supplies and training to civilians in the Ukraine. I am building a trauma first aid kit which includes a tourniquet, a compression bandage, a chest seal, and other items to treat injuries. I am hoping to raise $3,000 to build 30 trauma first aid kits to give to civilians close to the front lines of the war in Ukraine.
