Dylan Osborne's Open Heart Surgery Fund

There are a lot of words I use to describe my little brother, Dylan. For starters, he is comical, quick-witted, adventurous, charismatic, generous, ambitious, cheerful, and positive-minded. Yes, all of those words describe my brother for who he is. He's a happy guy that loves his friends and family. He has a big heart! (Both literally and figuratively!!)

The big heart part is what brings me to write this today. Recently, Dylan noticed that he just wasn't feeling well and he went to the Doctor for answers. Fast-forward to where we are today, which is Dylan needing open heart surgery to repair his valves. He is diagnosed with aortic stenosis of the bicuspid aortic valve and also has an aortic aneurysm. Due to his valves not properly pumping the blood for an extended period, it has increased the workload on his heart and it has become enlarged.

As many of you know, Dylan and his wife Aimee, have recently started a family and have a newborn baby at home. The surgery will require Aimee to be off work and stay home caring for the baby, and Dylan is to be off work recovering for 8-10 weeks. We are seeking donations to help take part of the financial burden of upcoming medical and monthly bills off of their mind so Dylan can focus on recovery.
