We’re fundraising for a replacement headstone for Dylan which has sadly been stolen from the cemetery. Suffering baby loss is hard enough, and to think someone could take this off his grave it’s heartbreaking . We’re fundraising to help this family buy a new headstone for Dylan who would have just turned 16. He didn’t deserve this to happen to him in his final resting place.
