Dylan (SlimGoti) Webb Fundraiser
Donation protected
This past Monday morning, Dylan was unfortunately in a major head-on collision and will now spend months in the CCU unit at Shock Trauma. Once home, he will need to continue his fight with at-home care. Has foregone multiple surgeries with many more scheduled. He has suffered from a 6cm tear in his Aorta, which caused significant internal bleeding; it is a complete miracle they saved his life. We were told any injury to the Aorta has just a 5% survival rate, and Dylan survived that! In addition, his hip has been injured along with his leg and will require another surgery to repair and place pins as needed. He is now being maintained in a medically induced coma on life support. So far, every couple hours they remove him from his coma to check for brain function. We continue to get hopes of progress with each one, moving a toe, opening an eye some, even shedding a single tear when hearing Mom's voice. So he is with us, he knows us when he hears us, and we get acknowledgment from him. Doctors are starting to feel better about his brain activity with his continued progress.
However, he is still in critical condition, and things can change quickly. His body and mind have suffered catastrophic injuries, and his future will be unknown for quite some time regarding physical or motor skills. Day by day, month by month. He needs your continued prayers and support daily, and he has one hell of an Army behind him, and it continues to build larger and stronger; we can feel it and thank all of you for that!
Dylan is 28 years old and has three beautiful children, Kyden, Remi, and Josh. His girlfriend Caitlin is currently pregnant with his 4th child, a little girl named Daylin Reign. If you know Dylan, you also know how much he loves Caitlin and those kids. With his mom by his side 24/7 and all of his immediate family able to see him and share their love with him we feel it continues to boost Dylan's spirits.
We have created a go fund me for Dylan. With this comes huge expenses in many areas that he will need help with. One thing about Dylan is that he has a remarkable work ethic, he has been promoted several times most recently to position of Area Manager supervising 5 dealerships in Virginia. Needless to say that Dylan has progressed in life so far from where he is making a great career, and now building a gorgeous family we are super proud of him. We are asking for as much financial support possible for Dylan, with his survival and recovery we are going to work hard to not have him stress on the financial burden of this, for which we all know will be for years to come. So please donate and share! All donations will be applied to 100% of Dylan's expenses incurred but will be managed by his parents, Corrie and I. His fund will be applied to all of his medical bills, all of his health care needs, wheelchair and prosthetic future needs, etc. Dylan's after care will be here with us in Taneytown.
