Susan 'Smalldog' Sabo

This fundraiser is to raise funds for a memorial plaque and park bench at Barker Field Small Dog Park in memory of Susan 'Smalldog' Sabo.

Barker Field Dog Park was a special and safe place for Susan to hangout with both 2 and 4 legged friends. She visited the park throughout all the seasons from summer 2020 through October 2022 when Susan had to curtail her visits. Susan was on a first name basis with many of the small dogs at the dog park and welcomed with play and wet canine kisses…which she loved so very much. Susan was loved and recognized by all those visiting Barker Field. She looked forward to the vibrant, enthralling conversations with her 2 legged companions. Newbie dog owners were always welcomed by Susan to join the conversation and supplied with valuable dog companion advice.

The image attached is the plaque with art Susan designed with Travis Haight as a tee shirt and we thought it appropriate to add to her memory. It was true that Susan met Friends at the Dog Park.

Please be kind enough to add to Susan’s Memorial. Any funds above the asked amount will be donated in her memory to Barker Field Park as well as local no kill shelters.
